I went into the Macdonalds in Balincollig with my girlfriend for an ice cherry lemon and a coke zero. We were waiting ages before we went to the desk and they didn't have the cherry lemon and didn't think to tell us. Asked would I like something else and I got a chocolate milkshake. They were nice enough to offer us a Mcflurry as an apology for the wait. Mcflurry was grand but the coke was flat and warm and the milkshake tasted off. Drank a bit of it thinking it was the syrup was just cheap but then a few minutes later I was throwing my guts up. I am fairly positive it was sour so it was most likely expired or the machine wasn't cleaned. Was offered a replacement but fool me once is enough. Will not be returning to this location as a value my insides not on the outside.

First time here today. Used the drive thru, staff were so much friendlier than any mcds I've been to before. From taking the order to pick up, each person was just lovely and service was instant!
Today me and my family of 5 get food poisoning from the meals we buy. We bought 2 kids happy meals and one double big tasty meal and single big tasty. The two things we all share was the single big tasty and fries. We are still in bad shape during I writing this.
